At Emery Laser, we provide precision laser cutting services tailored to the needs of Australian manufacturers, builders, and fabricators. Located on the Gold Coast, we deliver high-quality results and cutting-edge fiber laser machines. Our goal is simple — to exceed expectations through reliable turnaround times and consistent accuracy.
Emery Laser was born from Emery Industries, a trusted name in stainless steel manufacturing for the medical and food processing sectors since 2007. In response to rising demand for custom metal cutting solutions, we launched Emery Laser to offer in-house, production-ready laser cutting backed by over a decade of manufacturing excellence.
Extended supplier lead times and demand for local precision forced us to think differently — and deliver a better, faster solution to our clients.
With a focus on laser cutting excellence, Emery Laser upholds the ISO9001 accredited procedures of Emery Industries. Our commitment to these standards is a testament to our dedication to providing the finest laser cutting services in the industry.
Emery Laser operates with a commitment to precision, reliability, and continuous improvement. Our vertically integrated laser cutting and fabrication processes are backed by the latest in fibre laser and CNC technology, enabling us to deliver high-quality metal components with exceptional accuracy.
We are proud to be ISO 9001:2015 certified, with accreditation through JAS-ANZ (Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand) — an internationally recognised, independent third-party accreditation body. This certification ensures our quality management system meets global standards across design, development, manufacturing, and distribution, and reflects our commitment to delivering consistent results, high-quality outcomes, and exceeding client expectations in every project.
We understand that deadlines matter. Emery Laser’s reputation is built on delivering metal parts on time without sacrificing quality. We work closely with clients to meet project specs and ship schedules, providing flexible solutions when speed is critical.
Whether you need flatbed laser cutting, tube profiling, or a rapid production run, we’re ready to help.
At Emery Laser, we specialise in laser cutting metal. Our fiber laser can cut stainless steel from 0.9mm to 20mm and aluminum from 0.6mm to 16mm. We also provide tube and pipe profile cutting for stainless steel and aluminum with a cutting range of 20mm to 200mm.
Cutting Range diagonally: 19mm – 200mm (maximum cross section) Tube and Pipe.
In addition to fiber laser cutting, our services include tube and pipe profile cutting, sheet folding, tube bending, TIG, spot welding, laser welding, and MIG.
For laser cutting, our preferred file formats are DXF and DWG. If your parts require folding, welding, or fabrication, we recommend providing PDF drawings and scheduling a further discussion with our team to ensure your requirements are met effectively.
Yes, we process Mild Steel. We can fold up to 6mm thick and cut up to 20mm thick.
We’re excited to announce that we now offer delivery services through a trusted third-party provider!
We have a 2-axis 6kw fibre laser.
Yes! But this is dependent on the material type, availability, quantity of parts, and what our schedule is already like. We will charge overtime fees when applicable. Give us a call or email if you need your order expedited!
Our typical lead time on laser-cut parts is 3-5 business days. If you add services like folding and tube bending, this typically adds 1-3 business days to the lead time. Other factors, like the quantity, will also impact the lead time of your order.
Typical accuracy is +/-0.25mm per fold. Tighter tolerances are possible but may increase costs. Factors such as material thickness and grain direction can affect bending results. Please advise us of any specific tolerances when uploading your folding documents with your order.
